Job summary

Responsibilities include managing the fixed assets ledger, capitalization, depreciation, reconciliations, GAAP compliance, and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience, preferably with fixed assets.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and reporting.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage fixed assets ledger to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Administer capitalization, depreciation, retirements, and transfers of fixed assets.
• Perform reconciliations of fixed asset accounts.
• Adhere to GAAP and applicable regulations in fixed asset reporting.
• Support operations to track construction-in-progress and facilitate timely capitalization.
• Provide necessary reports and schedules to support internal and external audits.
• Proactively identify areas for process improvement and lead initiatives to address them.
