The Adam Corporation Group is seeking a 21R Staff Accountant in College Station, TX. The role supports the Financial Reporting Supervisor and CFO by handling fixed asset records, reconciliations, and general ledger entries to ensure accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities include managing depreciation schedules, balance sheet reconciliations, and preparation of management reports, with attention to deadlines and accuracy. A bachelor's in accounting/finance is preferred, with GPA 3.2+.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Accounting or Finance with emphasis in Accounting preferred.
• GPA of 3.2 or higher required or preferred depending on policy.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fixed asset system and depreciation schedules with monthly journal entries.
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Balance Bank internal deposit accounts daily/weekly/monthly.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly journal entries in the general ledger.
• Maintain pre-paid assets system and reconciliations.
• Maintain department files and prepare correspondence as needed.
• Assist in preparing various management reports.
