Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year college degree in accounting or similar
• Two to four years of accounting experience is preferred
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Responsibilities

• Balances daily cash and corporate accounts; posts entries to GL
• Performs monthly reconciliations of general ledger and accounts payable
• Manages accounts payable, fixed assets, prepaids and corporate Visa payments
• Prepares bi-weekly payroll reports and related GL entries
• Compiles monthly income and balance sheet statements and variance analysis
• Prepares quarterly Call Reports and ALM data for audits and examinations
• Supervises Accounting Clerk and assists CFO with ad hoc reporting
