Confidential Employer in Orlando, FL is seeking a Staff Accountant to support the CFO with reporting, budgeting, and analysis. You will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, reconcile ledgers, and assist with regulatory reporting.

The role requires a BA in Finance or Accounting, at least two years of experience, and strong Excel skills. You will interact with various departments, help monitor liquidity, and produce insights used in strategic planning and decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 2+ years of experience required.
• Strong Excel skills required.

Responsabilités

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Prepare Call Report and other regulatory reports.
• Assist CFO with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Review and analyze general ledger balances.
• Reconcile bank accounts, investments, and fixed assets; prepare monthly reconcilement package.
• Assist CFO with liquidity monitoring.
• Use financial monitoring software for reporting and analysis.
• Model interest rate risk and produce related reports.
• Assist in preparing Board/Committee report packages.
• Provide definitive financial data and recommendations for objectives.
