Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in general accounting and financial reporting.
• Proficient with PCs and MS software; intermediate Excel (tested).
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Accurate typing at 50 wpm.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly Excel and trend spreadsheets, general ledger journal entries, and postings.
• Daily statistical reporting and documentation scanning.
• Generate and distribute financial statement reports.
• Prepare and mail monthly managed services invoices.
• Enter invoices and handle calls from vendors and employees.
• Print checks and match invoices for weekly payments.
• Produce accounts payable weekly and monthly reports.
• Work cooperatively with coworkers, managers, and clients.
• Maintain safety and alertness while performing duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
