Bland Landscaping Company is seeking a Staff Accountant to support internal accounting processes, ensure financial accuracy, and drive process improvements. The role partners across departments to ensure timely processing of transactions, billing, and reporting.

Key responsibilities include month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and contract billing. The position requires an Associate degree with 3+ years of experience, with a preferred Bachelor's in accounting/finance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting or Finance with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance with 2–4 years of full-cycle accounting experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support daily accounting functions and month-end close processes.
• Prepare and post journal entries with documentation.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and maintain fixed asset sub-ledger.
• Review billing data and ensure accurate invoicing.
