Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or related field.
• Proficiency in using accounting software such as YARDI or similar platforms.
• Working knowledge of Lawson.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general ledger accounting tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements and reports for management review.
• Prepare bank reconciliations.
• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules during the audit process.
• Familiarity with intercompany transactions a plus.
• Other duties as assigned.
