Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
1+ years of accounting experience.
Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial concepts.

Experience with ERP and SharePoint/Teams.
Proficient with MS Office; advanced Excel skills a plus.
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare month-end journal entries, reconcile cash, and general ledger accounts.
Assist with month-end closing process, including accruals, prepaid amortization, and depreciation schedules.
Assist inventory control processes by reviewing or posting inventory count adjustments.
Maintain fixed assets schedules and inventory.
Review and calculate commission payout based on contract.
Support sales and use tax, property tax, and other regulatory filings as needed.
Assist with the annual audit and other external reporting requests.
Work solutions from beginning to end.
Participate in special projects as needed – such as research, decision support, and ad hoc reporting requests.
Build strong relationships within the company and maintain an open flow of communication.
Other duties as assigned.
