Responsibilities

• Prepare month-end journal entries, reconcile cash, and general ledger accounts.
• Assist with month-end closing process, including accruals, prepaid amortization, and depreciation schedules.
• Assist inventory control processes by reviewing or posting inventory count adjustments.
• Maintain fixed assets schedules and inventory.
• Review and calculate commission payout based on contract.
• Support sales and use tax, property tax, and other regulatory filings as needed.
• Assist with the annual audit and other external reporting requests.
• Work solutions from beginning to end.
• Participate in special projects as needed – such as research, decision support, and ad hoc reporting requests.
• Build strong relationships within the company and maintain an open flow of communication.
• Other duties as assigned.
