Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Understanding of basic CRM software and core AR and AP principals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable in Bill.com.
• Reconciling bank accounts with QuickBooks online.
• Running monthly, quarterly, and annual financials including P&L and Balance Sheet.

Skills

Understanding of basic CRM software

Proficiency with QuickBooks Online

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Outstanding oral and written communication skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
