Job summary

Legends Global is seeking a Staff Accountant to support day-to-day accounting operations for a large convention center. You will perform general ledger tasks, reconciliations, month-end close, budgeting, forecasting, and assist with audits and financial reporting.

Located on-site at Broward County Convention Center, this role requires strong GAAP knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across Finance, Operations, and HR. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Experience with audits, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and post journal entries and reconciliations.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes and financial statement prep.
• Assist budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Support internal/external audits and internal controls.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve financial issues.
