Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and support month-end close activities as the Staff Accountant.
• Maintain the general ledger and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records as the Staff Accountant.
• Assist with the preparation of monthly financial statements and management reporting as the Staff Accountant.
• Perform bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and balance sheet account reconciliations as the Staff Accountant.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed while gaining exposure to the full accounting cycle as the Staff Accountant.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, cash flow reporting, and financial analysis as the Staff Accountant.
• Prepare audit schedules and support internal and external audit activities as the Staff Accountant.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and special projects as the Staff Accountant.
