This role supports key accounting functions including accounts payable, monthly commission processing, account reconciliations, journal entries, month-end close activities, and financial reporting.

You will work with the Airbase platform for payables and collaborate across departments. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting or AP experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency.
• Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and code vendor invoices in Accounts Payable accurately.
• Maintain AP email inbox and Airbase workflow.
• Prepare and distribute vendor payments; reconcile statements.
• Assist with monthly commission processing and inquiries.
• Prepare journal entries and support month-end close.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and aid reporting.
