Job summary

Wilson-McShane Corporation is seeking a Staff Accountant to help ensure financial information is accurate for the funds we administer. The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and an hourly rate of $30.10.

Responsibilities include preparing general ledgers, bank reconciliations, monthly financial statements, and year-end audit preparation. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage, retirement options, paid holidays and PTO, and other employee perks.

Qualifications

• Two year Accounting degree or two plus years related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
• Attention to detail and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare general ledgers
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Monitor bank balances
• Perform year-end audit preparation
• Prepare checks and deposits, as needed
• Other duties as assigned
