Wilson-McShane Corporation is seeking a Staff Accountant to ensure accurate and up-to-date financial information for the funds we administer. This role offers exposure to multiple aspects of accounting and emphasizes attention to detail and time management.

The position follows a Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule and includes benefits. Responsibilities include preparing general ledgers, monthly bank reconciliations, monthly financial statements, monitoring balances, and supporting

Qualifications

• 2-year accounting degree or 2+ years related experience.
• Proficiency with all aspects of Microsoft Office.
• Quick learner of other computer applications.

Responsabilités

• Prepare general ledgers
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Monitor bank balances
• Perform year-end audit preparation
• Prepare checks and deposits, as needed
• Other duties as assigned
