Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local financial reporting requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accounting processes and documentation.
• Assist with overhead budgets and budget-to-actual analysis.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual closing workpapers and financial statements.
• Support cash, accounts receivable, job costing, and accounts payable activities.
• Prepare special reports and assist with ad-hoc projects as needed.
• Collaborate with Tax Director and Controllers on assignments.
