The candidate will manage AR activities, analyze general ledger accounts, and participate in cost-related reporting, with responsibilities spanning payroll postings and banking activities as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Accounting/Finance or related field.
• Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley controls preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Handle monthly closing processes including journal entries and AR closing.
• Reconcile and analyze general ledger accounts; research discrepancies.
• Adhere to Sarbanes-Oxley requirements.
• Track, analyze and report customer account status and credit limits.
• Manage accounts receivable from invoicing to reconciliations.
• Forecast AR and cash receipts; handle COS reconciliation and banking transactions.
• Process payroll postings and ADP reconciliations.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
