Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record day-to-day financial transactions with accurate coding.
• Close month and year; assist with financial reports and reconciliations.
• Maintain general ledger and financial records.
• Standardize accounting processes and improve efficiency.
• Weekly reconciliations of bank, credit card, and GL.
• Prepare payroll calculations and process payroll.
• Assist with budgets by department.
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Assist CFO and Accounting Manager on projects.
