Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2+ years accounting experience.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP.
• Experience with general ledger accounting and month-end close.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
• CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• Experience with SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare recurring and general month-end journal entries with proper support.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts monthly and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
• Analyze general ledger activity for unusual transactions and variances.
• Prepare accruals, prepaid expenses, deferred revenue, and fixed asset entries and reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll accounting and reconciliations.
• Support intercompany accounting activities and cash postings.
• Prepare schedules for financial reporting and management requests.
• Support audits and SOX compliance activities.
