The role covers G&A and balance-sheet preparation, budgeting support, and periodic audits to ensure compliance with company policies. Requires a four-year degree in accounting/finance and 1–3 years of experience, with strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in accounting, finance or related field.
• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and SAP; GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Prepare branch financials including G&A and balance sheet items.
• Assist in annual budgeting and variance analyses.
• Conduct loss prevention reviews and audits for policy compliance.
