The Staff Accountant position at Canteen provides accounting and operational support across our three lines of business: Vending, Market, and Office Coffee Service. Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field.
• 1-3 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience.
• Experience with reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end close.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including lookup formulas and pivot tables.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and prioritize responsibilities.
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude, initiative, and desire for professional growth.

The successful candidate will be comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and taking ownership of their responsibilities. We are looking for someone who enjoys problem solving, takes initiative, and seeks additional responsibilities when time allows. This role offers exposure to multiple areas of the business and opportunities for professional growth over time.

Key Responsibilities

• Support accounts receivable activities
• Assist with payroll duties
