Job summary

Trusted Doctors, LLC in Fairfax, VA is seeking a Staff Accountant with at least 3 years of progressive accounting experience to join our Finance team. You will support day-to-day accounting operations and help prepare accurate financial statements for leadership.

Reporting to the CFO, you will drive process improvements, assist with month-end close, bank reconciliations, and collaborate with departments to ensure timely, accurate financial data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of accounting experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced or growth-oriented environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of accounts payable including verifying invoices, coding, timely payments, vendor management and 1099 preparation and filing
• Prepare and record journal entries and assist with month end close
• Assist with bank reconciliations
• Daily revenue reconciliation
• Support financial reporting and maintain General Ledger
• Collaborate with other departments to facilitate the timely and accurate receipt of financial data
• Support accounting and finance functions with special projects and tasks as needed
