Job summary

Premiere Book Group is seeking a Staff Accountant to support accounts payable, accounts receivable, and monthly reconciliations in a fast-paced, inventory-driven e-commerce business. You will work closely with operations, sales, and warehouse teams to maintain accurate ledgers and improve processes.

The role reports to the CFO and is based in Franklin, TN, with full-time hours. Starting salary is $65,000, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive health insurance plan.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting/ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Strong ability to handle complex reconciliations across multiple payment channels.
• 2–4 years of accounting experience in AR and AP, preferably in e‑commerce.

Responsibilities

• Create and send invoices, apply payments, and manage cash postings.
• Process vendor bills and manage settlements, terms, and approvals.
• Reconcile bank, credit cards, and processors to the GL; assist close.
