Posillico Civil, Inc. in Farmingdale, NY is seeking a Staff Accountant to manage AR, AP, billing and cash receipts for P. Park NJ, LLC, and to provide administrative support to the Controller.

You will handle monthly closing, intercompany billings, tax-exempt forms, lien waivers, and financial reporting while ensuring accuracy, deadlines, and confidentiality in a fast-paced construction environment.

Qualifications

• Five years of accounting and administrative experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
• Proficient with MS Office; Viewpoint experience preferred.
• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage AR, AP, billing, and cash receipts for P. Park NJ, LLC.
• Provide administrative support to the Controller.
• Support monthly closing, tax, and reporting processes.
• Prepare annual 1099s and assist with budgeting tasks.
• Handle customer and vendor inquiries; ensure accurate coding.
