Job summary

Skybound Entertainment is seeking a Staff Accountant (AP & Production Accounting) to maintain accurate, organized, and production-ready finances. You will support accounts payable operations, manage invoices, and track production costs across film, TV, games, and comics.

Ideal candidates are analytical, highly organized, and capable of solving problems while collaborating with finance, production, and business teams. CPA-eligible or ERP experience (NetSuite, SAP) is a plus.

• Support accounts payable operations and invoice processing.
• Prepare and reconcile AP transactions and balances.

Skybound Entertainment is looking for a Staff Accountant (AP & Production Accounting), the detail-oriented teammate who keeps our finances accurate, organized, and production-ready.

You’ll support accounts payable operations, manage invoice processing and reconciliations, track production and project costs, help lead month-end close activities, and ensure financial reporting stays on budget and compliant. You'll work closely with finance, production, and business teams across film, television, games, comics, and beyond.

If you’re analytical, highly organized, thrive on solving problems, and enjoy supporting creative teams behind the scenes, this is a unique opportunity to gain visibility across the entertainment business.

Bonus points if you have entertainment, publishing, consumer products, or production accounting experience, are CPA-eligible, or have worked with ERP systems such as NetSuite or SAP.

Reports to: Senior Accounting Manager

Salary Range: $75,000 – $90,000 annually

• Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc.
• The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
• Compensation decisions are dependent on circumstances of each role.
