CSI Leasing Inc. is seeking a Staff Accountant to join a growing team focused on leases and related financial transactions. You will contribute to recording lease/payoff transactions, reconciliation of balance sheets and P&L accounts, and preparation of journal entries.

The role requires strong analytical and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in Excel and a detail-oriented mindset. The team collaborates on multiple projects and aims to deliver accurate, timely financial reporting while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent work experience).
• General understanding of GAAP.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills; organized and able to multi-task.
• Experience in Excel and other spreadsheet applications.
• Detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Determine appropriate accounting treatment and recording business transactions for leases and payoffs.
• Reconcile and analyze balance sheet and income/expense accounts.
• Prepare journal entries.
• Recording business transactions for warehouses while providing accounting treatments.
• Prepare workpapers in support of other projects.

• Are experienced in Excel and other spreadsheet applications
