The role emphasizes accuracy, process discipline, and clear communication across teams. Remote-ready work options are available for qualified candidates in supported states.

Formación

• Preferred undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance with 2-3 years of accounting experience.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP functions).
• Experience with ERP system like Sage Intacct preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication (verbal and written), organizational skills, and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work independently on deliverables to achieve accurate results.
• Ability to prioritize conflicting demands and maintain excellent communication regarding deliverables.
• Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with members of the senior management team and others within the Company

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve accounting discrepancies and irregularities.
• Assist the month-end close process, including balance sheet and P&L reconciliations.
• Ensure deadlines are met for financial reporting and management review.
• Support external auditors by providing requested documentation.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, internal controls, and GAAP standards

This will be a key role in our accounting function.

Key Responsibilities:
