Dental Intelligence Inc is seeking a Staff Accountant for our hybrid office in Pleasant Grove, UT. You will help maintain the general ledger, assist with month-end close, and process vendor invoices.

Requirements include 0–2 years of accounting experience and a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field. Proficiency in Excel, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task are essential.

• Support annual external audit and respond to auditor requests.

We seek a motivated Staff Accountant who can help our organization by keeping our financial records accurate, paying our vendors on time, and supporting the team through month-end close.

What You'll Do:

The Staff Accountant is a key member of the accounting team, working hybrid out of Pleasant Grove, UT and reporting to the Controller. This is a hands‑on role with plenty of room to learn. Day to day, you will help maintain the general ledger, assist with month‑end close, prepare journal entries, process vendor invoices and payments, support our annual external audit, and help with ad hoc reporting and projects.

Location Requirements:

This position is based at Dental Intelligence's headquarters in Pleasant Grove, Utah, and follows a hybrid work schedule. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of our Pleasant Grove office and be available to work onsite as required.

Outcomes You’ll Own:

• Support month‑end close, including bank, billing, and subscription revenue reconciliations.
• Enter vendor invoices and prepare payments accurately and on time.

Experience:
