Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support the full month-end close process, including journal entries, accruals, and account reconciliations
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports
• Perform bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Review revenue, expenses, and balance sheet activity for accuracy
• Assist with AP and AR functions as needed
• Support fixed asset tracking and depreciation schedules
• Partner with internal teams to ensure proper coding and financial accuracy
• Assist with audit preparation and provide supporting documentation
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation efforts
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and company policies
