Creative Financial Staffing, LLC is hiring a Staff Accountant in Painesville, OH, for a Monday–Friday schedule. You will contribute to month-end close, reporting, and budgeting within a growing manufacturing company.

This role offers exposure to inventory accounting, bank reconciliations, and collaboration with operations leaders. The ideal candidate has a degree in accounting or finance and strong Excel and software skills; bonus eligibility and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Responsibilities

• Record daily financial transactions and prepare journal entries.
• Assist with inventory accounting, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger, resolving discrepancies.
• Prepare internal and external financial reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and reporting.
