Responsibilities

• Review lease agreements and property contracts to track recurring expenses, remittances, and ownership information.
• Communicate professionally with landlords regarding account activity, documentation, and payment-related inquiries.
• Reconcile payments and maintain accurate general ledger records across a portfolio of 300-400 locations.
• Process accounts receivable and expense transactions to support accurate profit and loss reporting.
• Assist with journal entries, account analysis, financial comparisons, and documentation review.
