CFS in South Orlando, FL is seeking an Accounting Specialist to support multiple entities across cash management, AP, AR, payroll, and reconciliations. This onsite role offers structured training and hands-on exposure to month-end close within a growing hospitality organization.

You will gain experience across bank reconciliations, cash management, journal entries, and payroll support while contributing to accurate financial reporting and multi-entity operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping, accounting, or transactional accounting experience.
• Experience with bank reconciliations, cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or payroll.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to maintain accurate financial records in a multi-entity environment.

Responsabilités

• Perform bank reconciliations and cash reconciliations, maintaining accurate records across multiple entities.
• Process cash receipts, journal entries, and support accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
• Assist with semi-monthly payroll processing, payroll review, and workers' compensation reporting.
• Import and reconcile POS system data to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Support month-end close processes and participate in a structured training program that expands responsibilities over time.
