Job summary

CFS in Orlando, FL is seeking a Staff Accountant to join a large sports and entertainment organization. You will handle journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close, contributing to accurate financial reporting and internal controls.

You will collaborate with experienced accounting and finance professionals on audits, process improvements, and special projects while developing your skills in financial reporting and ERP systems, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of general accounting or public accounting experience.
• Experience with journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
• Large-company or ERP system experience preferred.
