Role Overview

The Accountant will manage core accounting functions while leveraging analytical skills to uncover trends and improve efficiency. This is an exciting opportunity to shape processes and make a measurable impact.

Experience in distribution or logistics is a plus, along with strong knowledge of inventory management, consumer products, and cost of goods sold (COGS).

Key Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Handle invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
• Monitor outstanding receivables and resolve issues promptly.

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Process vendor invoices, payments, and reconciliations accurately and on time.

Data Analysis & Financial Reporting

• Analyze financial data to identify trends in revenue, margins, expenses, and profitability.
• Support ERP system enhancements and process improvements.
• Prepare internal reports and dashboards for leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience (AR/AP focus).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and data tools.
• Knowledge of inventory accounting, consumer products, and COGS preferred.
• Experience in distribution or logistics a plus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
