Aston Carter is seeking a dedicated Staff Accountant to join their team. The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements, consolidating reports, and analyzing financial records. The ideal candidate will possess strong accounting skills, proficiency in ERP systems, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. This is a fully remote position, allowing for independence and flexibility.
We are seeking a dedicated Staff Accountant to prepare and review income and balance sheet statements, consolidate financial reports, and produce various accounting statements. This role involves analyzing and collecting financial records and making recommendations related to accounting reserves, assets, and expenditures. The Staff Accountant will also review and verify the accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications, assist in maintaining internal control documentation, and interact with stakeholders to respond to inquiries or report requests.
The candidate will work 100% remotely and must be local to Minnesota. If preferred, the candidate is welcome to work in the office. Initial onboarding will take place in the office. The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $37.00/hr.
