The Staff Accountant takes a leading role in branch accounting work, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards, company policies and procedures, internal controls and local statutory and US GAAP requirements. Duties include maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger and related financial statements, coordinating relevant aspects of the financial close process, performing account reconciliations and analysis to verify accuracy and entering journal entries.
