CFS in Wisconsin is seeking an accounting professional to assist with the day-to-day management of the General Ledger and month-end close.

You will work closely with the Accounting Manager and team, providing accurate financial reporting, reconciliations, and support across accounting and finance functions while supporting work-life balance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years accounting experience with hands-on General Ledger.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• ERP experience with Infor SyteLine is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Assist with the month-end close process and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Prepare account reconciliations and support the day-to-day management of the General Ledger.
• Analyze overhead and burden rates to support accurate financial reporting and business decisions.
• Provide backup support for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable as needed.
• Assist with the annual budgeting process and other accounting and finance initiatives.
