Job summary

Badger Brothers Moving, LLC is seeking a Junior Staff Accountant to grow with us. You will manage financial records in QuickBooks Online, handle payroll, and support budgeting and reporting. Candidates should have a finance or accounting degree, GAAP knowledge, and 1+ years of accounting experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Management
  • Maintain financial records using QuickBooks Online.
  • Manage expenses and billing, ensuring adherence to budgets.
  • Conduct audits/reconciliations and oversee incentive processes.
  • Accounts receivable and accounts payable.
• Payroll Processing & HR
  • Run payroll, factoring in hours, bonuses, deductions, and reimbursements.
  • Manage wage deductions, incentives, and compensation programs.
• Financial Performance Reporting & Management
  • Conduct performance reporting and forecasting.
  • Manage Key Performance Metrics and ensure integrity in tracking and reporting.
• Culture and Reputation
  • Promote and embody the company's core values and mission.
  • Lead and inspire the team, maintaining high standards and ensuring policy compliance.

Salary:
