As a Staff Accountant within the Team Sports Department, you will serve as a critical bridge between talent, agents and the accounting team. This role supports the financial operations behind athlete partnerships, sponsorships and brand deals, ensuring accurate invoicing, collections, reconciliations and timely talent payments. The position operates in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Base salary range: $65,000–$70,000, plus bonus potential if applicable. Actual base salary is dependent on factors such as market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills or training, level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company, and other circumstances. This range is one component of the total compensation package.
