Job summary

Sprenger Health Care Systems in Ohio seeks a Staff Accountant to support monthly close and financial reporting. You will prepare journal entries, reconcile general ledger and cash accounts, and assist with Medicaid and Medicare cost reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance
• Prepare journal entries on a monthly basis
• Assist with reconciling general ledger accounts on a monthly basis
• Assist with reconciling cash accounts
• Assist with cost reporting for Medicaid and Medicare
• Develop financial statements and stay current with regulations
