Job summary

A Dayton area Business is seeking a Staff Accountant to maintain financial information, reconcile accounts, prepare reports, and perform general accounting tasks. This is a fully on-site position located in the Dayton area.

Responsibilities include posting general ledger entries, month-end close, preparing financial statements, reconciling bank statements, payables, audits, and PO processing. Requires 3+ years of applicable experience and a degree in accounting with strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree or Bachelor’s Degree in accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting and practices.
• High proficiency in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail.
