NAES in Issaquah, WA seeks a Staff Accountant to support the finance team with journal entries, month-end close, and audits. The role covers project accounting, cost tracking, revenue recognition, and reporting to management.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure internal controls are followed. Minimum 1–3 years of accounting experience and a bachelor’s degree are required, along with solid US GAAP knowledge and strong Microsoft Office proficiency.

The Staff Accountant is responsible for supporting the accounting and finance team in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing journal entries, assisting with month-end close, and supporting audits and reporting requirements. This position requires strong attention to detail, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. The role also includes support for project accounting activities, including tracking costs and supporting billing processes.
This role will work closely with the Assistant Controller, business process owners and Company management.
The initial salary range is $74,200 to $85,350 based on experience and qualifications.
