  • Prepare financial reports in accordance with GAAP and company policies, applying established accounting standards and escalating technical issues as needed.
  • Preparation of month-end journal entries related to plant accruals, prepaid expenses, and other plant-related accounts.
  • Timely completion of all financial reporting deadlines.
  • Prepare account reconciliations with supporting documentation and assist in investigating and resolving discrepancies identified during the reconciliation process.

Work Schedule

The Senior Accountant works a standard Monday to Friday day shift schedule, ensuring consistent plant operation and support during regular business hours. This position will also occasionally necessitate extended working hours and flexible shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays, in response to schedules, workload demands, and plant conditions. Periodic callouts or “On call” status will also be required.

Some travel may be involved to support Heritage Project sites in PA & NJ.

Compensation
