Job summary

Blueprint Manufacturing Co. is seeking a Staff Accountant to join our finance team and ensure accurate financial records, month-end close, and GAAP compliance.

This fully remote role supports cross-functional teams while maintaining financial integrity across manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance and 2+ years of experience in manufacturing accounting, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills, with strong attention to detail and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
• Proficiency in Excel and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, journal entries, and reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes.
• Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Support inventory accounting and manufacturing cost tracking.
• Assist in preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Monitor fixed assets and depreciation schedules.
• Help ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls.
• Assist with external audits, tax filings, and regulatory reporting.
• Research and resolve accounting discrepancies and variances.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial initiatives.

Position Overview

As a Staff Accountant at Blueprint Manufacturing Co., you will play a key role in maintaining accuratefinancial records, supporting month-end and year-end closing activities, and ensuring compliance withaccounting policies and procedures.
