Job summary

STULZ Air Technology Systems, Inc. in Frederick, Maryland seeks an accounting professional to compile and maintain accounting records. You will handle balance sheet reconciliations, month-end reporting, and daily cash clearing across entities.

The role includes owning fixed assets, intercompany transactions, and reconciling AP while supporting internal/external reporting. Four-year accounting degree or 2–4 years related experience is required; SAP experience is a plus.

Summary: Compiles and maintains accounting records by performing the following duties:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• In depth knowledge of the balance sheet, liabilities, and intercompany transactions
• Balance sheet reconciliations (monthly/quarterly)
• Compiling financial reports for month-end (bank/internal/external)
• Prepare weekly reporting to various stakeholders
• Daily cash clearing, recording, reconciliation for all entities/accounts
• Own the fixed assets process (recording, reconciliation, depreciation, tracking)
• Reconcile AP vendor accounts, working with AP to maintain clean records
• Maintains and imports credit card statements and employee expense reports
• Other duties as assigned
• Prior SAP experience is a plus

Education/Experience:

• Four-year college or university program degree in accounting; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Prior experience in reconciling balance sheet accounts is required
