$70,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

Own the Books - Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for 12 to 15 business clients using QuickBooks Online. You\'ll ensure everything is accurate, timely, and clean.
Lead Onboarding Projects - Review, clean, and set up client financials, including QuickBooks, payroll, and login systems. Help them get started on the right foot.
Grow Tax Skills - Support and prepare business and individual tax returns (S-Corps, 1040s, 1065s) under the guidance of a CPA. This is real experience that builds real muscle.
Work Smarter with AI - We embrace automation. You\'ll help us test and integrate smart tools that improve accuracy and free up time for higher-value work.
Pursue Your CPA or EA - We’ll reimburse study prep, provide paid time off for exams, and offer a bonus package valued up to $5000 when you complete your license
