Vaco Recruiter Services is seeking a Staff Accountant to join a well-established healthcare services organization. This role offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to the month-end close in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of accounting experience, a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, and strong Excel skills. The position supports a growing team with a hybrid work schedule and opportunities for career advancement.

• Partner with colleagues across the accounting team to support day-to-day operations.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and help identify efficiencies.
