We seek an accounting professional with an associate degree and 4+ years of experience to manage AR/AP, GL reconciliations, journal entries and monthly financial statements. Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Online, plus strong communication, organization and time management skills, are required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience required.
• Experience with QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client engagements.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accounting services for clients including AR, AP and reconciliations.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Prepare and post journal entries timely and accurately.
• Financial statement preparation of monthly, quarterly or annual financial statements.
• Develop strong working relationships with clients through personal attention and timeliness of service.
• Communicating with clients as a trusted professional with information requests.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations and ensure compliance with GAAP principles.
• Accounting services for tax clients.
