Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks desktop and QuickBooks online.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple client engagements.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Accounting services for AR, AP and reconciliations.
• Perform general ledger reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Prepare and post journal entries timely and accurately.
• Financial statement preparation of monthly, quarterly or annual financial statements.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and regulations and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Communicating with clients as a trusted professional with information requests.

• Strong analytical, research and critical thinking skills.
• Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office applications.
