Job summary

Ledgent Finance in Denver is seeking a Staff Accountant with nonprofit accounting experience to join a team of four. The role enhances AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close while partnering with finance and other departments on budgeting and process improvements.

Salary: USD33 - USD36 per hour

Accounting professionals: Denver ledgent has partnered with an organization in search of a Staff or Senior Accountant to add to their team! This role will work within a team of 4, will assist with AP/AR, journal entries, reconciliations, month end close, etc. This individual will also partner closely with finance and other departments to help with budgeting, vendor contact, and helping to streamline processes. This role is requiring exposure to grant, fund, or nonprofit accounting and offers 2 days of work from home flexibility.

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree/education
• 2+ years of nonprofit/grant/fund accounting experience
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail - able to juggle priorities and different environments

Salary/Benefits:

• $33-36/hour ($70-75k annualized)
